Shipping information
I. Standard shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. We charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order; shipping is free of charge for orders over €50.00. For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
II. shipping to Austria is charged at a flat rate of € 10.00 per order, from an order value of € 75.00 the order is free of shipping costs.
III. shipping zone I includes shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic. The shipping costs amount to €12.40 flat rate per order and are waived from an order value of €75.00.
IV. Shipping zone II includes Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. There is a flat rate of €12.75 shipping costs per order. From an order value of 75,00€ the order is free of shipping costs.
V. If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email to info@plantavis.de and tell us the item, quantity and delivery address with the country and postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
VI The delivery time is 1 to 3 days (standard DHL delivery time). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
Further information on delivery times
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within the payment period specified in the invoice.
2. PayPal
